Registration dates for the Congress
15th March 2019 — participants willing to present a paper in thematic groups
15th April 2019 — participants willing to organize an additional event
31th August 2019 — participants not willing to present a paper
Organizers have the right to prolong these dates.

The fee includes
- the right to participate in all the events during Congress,
- the possibility to use the rooms and infrastructure of the buildings, in which the Congress will be held,
- the Congress materials,
- meals during three days, including: the participation in the welcome cocktail (11.09), lunches (x2 – 12.09 and 13.09), refreshments during the coffee breaks (x3),
- the participation in the get-together (Banquet),
- the right to participate in the accompanying events.
The Organizers may not allow participants who did not pay the fee in a timely manner.
The fee includes the VAT tax in the amount of 23%.
Organizers do not cover (not applicable to invited guests):
- the cost of accommodation,
- the cost of travelling to and from Wrocław.
